Through a collaborative and strategic approach, we helped Paselibre transform its digital presence with a scalable, high-performance website built on Webflow. By combining creative design, automation, and smart integrations, we enabled them to manage localized content efficiently, capture more qualified leads, and support their international expansion.
Paselibre is a corporate benefit for those companies that care for and motivate their employees. They offer unlimited access to more than 600 sports and wellness centers in Uruguay, featuring a wide variety of activities, locations, and hours, through a B2B2C subscription model.
Companies are currently seeking various ways to attract and retain employees, and Paselibre was established in 2019 to revolutionize corporate wellness through innovative benefits and high perceived value in our local market.
Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is crucial not only for health and relationships but also for improving employees' productivity and ultimately their performance, making Paselibre an ideal option for both employees and employers.


Paselibre needed to redesign its website with four main objectives:
- Update the visual identity in line with their new brand book.
- Align the site with their recently defined digital marketing strategy.
- Build a website optimized for more efficient lead capture to support their commercial growth.
- As the company was in the midst of international expansion, it needed a scalable solution that could be easily replicated across markets.
The project began with collaborative workshops involving key stakeholders to define the technical requirements, desired features, and creative direction for the new design. Once the design vision was aligned, development was carried out using Webflow, which offered the flexibility, power, and scalability Paselibre needed. Some of the main benefits included:
- Speed & Agility: Faster development cycles with the ability to launch high-quality pages quickly.
- Scalability: The platform enables easy replication and adaptation of the website for multiple countries and markets.
- Dynamic Content: Webflow’s CMS lets the team tailor content by country. The site automatically detects the user’s location and displays localized content.
- Easy Editing: Paselibre’s team can now independently update content, create landing pages, and adapt campaigns without relying on developers.
A particularly complex challenge was integrating interactive maps with filters powered by country-specific gym databases. To ensure data remained synchronized, we implemented an automated workflow in n8n that updates the gym listings displayed on the map whenever a change is made in Paselibre’s database. This solution keeps the site accurate and dynamic, eliminating the need for manual updates while improving the user experience and increasing localized relevance.


The new website empowered Paselibre with:
- Flexibility to manage and adapt content in line with their business dynamics.
- Agility to create new landing pages quickly, supporting marketing campaigns and international growth.
- Operational efficiency through HubSpot form integration, enabling the commercial and partnerships teams to capture and manage leads more effectively.
