Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department. This position is open to candidates based in Uruguay or Argentina.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment and be able to contribute to building strong talent pipelines for our company’s hiring needs.

Responsibilities
- Source candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Conduct screening calls, assessments, and interviews.
- Manage candidate information, including resumes, contact details, and status, using our recruitment software.
- Generate reports on the candidates evaluated.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Coordinate with managers to identify staffing needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align recruitment efforts with potential business opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Based in Uruguay or Argentina.
