We’re looking for someone with drive, resilience, and a strong sense of purpose. A true hunter. Someone who thrives on opening new commercial relationships, who doesn’t get discouraged easily, and who’s eager to make a real impact.

This role is focused on identifying and activating improvement opportunities in mid-sized and large companies, in close collaboration with our innovation team. You’ll be working to uncover organizations that can benefit from emerging technologies -particularly Generative AI, automation, and operational efficiency- and start meaningful business conversations.

This isn’t a “wait for instructions” type of role. We want someone proactive, curious, and aligned with Switch’s values and mindset.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new prospects across target regions and verticals.

  • Research companies and key stakeholders; open doors and build trusted relationships.

  • Spot early signs of opportunity within target accounts.

  • Build credibility from the first interaction—this is about relationships, not just leads.

  • Collaborate closely with the innovation and technical teams to translate insights into tailored solutions. Knowledge and certifications on AWS is a plus.

  • Keep your pipeline up to date and prioritize follow-up in coordination with SalesOps

  • Share field learnings with the broader team to help us all get smarter, faster. You will be listened, so you need to dare bring things to the table, no matter how odd they might seem at first sight.

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in tech or services).

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) for client communication across regions.

  • Hunter mindset: proactive, persistent, and creative in breaking through noise. We don’t expect you to send outbound emails, we get millions of those, never open them. We want you to be bold and out of the box.

  • High tolerance for rejection and uncertainty. Tech ecosystems are in constant change, our goals are clear, stick to them and you will succeed.

  • Able to understand business challenges and connect them to tech solutions. Listen more than you talk, know the right questions to ask. You will be mentored for it.

  • Eager to learn fast and grow in a high-performance team.

  • Collaborative not siloed—you’ll work hand in hand with delivery and innovation teams.
