About the Role

The AI Data Architecture Lead will define and oversee the future-state technology and data architecture supporting the company's modernization strategy, including ecosystem integrations, enterprise data design, workflow orchestration, reporting infrastructure, and AI-readiness initiatives.

This role will establish architectural standards across platforms such as AWS Quick, Salesforce, Cvent, Qondor SharePoint, and emerging AI-enabled tools, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and operationally aligned.

The ideal candidate brings experience in efficient AI implementation, enterprise SaaS ecosystems, cloud/data platforms, systems integration, and business process architecture, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to executive leadership and operational teams alike.

This is not a "wait for instructions" role. The company needs someone who assumes leadership when needed, brings informed perspective from having seen multiple businesses and industries, and can decide what best practices actually apply to this context.

We do not discriminate based on race, religion, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital, or disability status. All candidates will be valued according to law 19691 art. 8.

What You'll Do

  • Map and understand how data is currently structured and stored across a fragmented ecosystem (CRM/marketing, project management, event management, Microsoft/SharePoint, and proprietary internal tools), and define how to best leverage it.

  • Design the future-state enterprise architecture: how the different applications and data sources connect, integrate, and feed each other in the most efficient way possible.

  • Lead integration strategy and data flows so information that today lives siloed in each tool can be consolidated and turned into reporting and insights.

  • Enable reporting and analytics infrastructure, including AI-readiness, with a likely move toward Amazon QuickSight as the BI/analytics layer.

  • Identify high-impact opportunities for AI and conventional automation to streamline processes and reduce manual work.

  • Establish architectural standards and best practices across the platform landscape, drawing on cross-industry experience.

  • Partner with the client's internal technical lead, developers, and external stakeholders, communicating clearly with both executive leadership and hands-on technical teams.

What You Bring

  • Senior-level experience (5+ years) in enterprise data and/or solutions architecture, ideally across multiple companies and industries rather than a single long tenure.

  • Strong background in systems integration and connecting heterogeneous platforms (SaaS tools, CRMs, proprietary systems) into a unified data flow.

  • Solid experience with enterprise data design, data governance, and reporting/analytics enablement.

  • Experience with cloud/data platforms (AWS, with Amazon QuickSight a strong plus) and the Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, Microsoft 365).

  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS ecosystems (CRM, project management, BI tools); experience with HubSpot, Qondor, or Cvent.

  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading modernization or digital-transformation initiatives in fragmented environments.

  • Exposure to the events, hospitality, or meetings/incentives industry.

  • Experience translating technical architecture into clear recommendations for non-technical executives.
